What's the difference between Co-Host and Full Service?

Co-Host keeps you in the loop — you remain the listing owner, we run the day-to-day. Full Service takes the entire operation off your plate: multi-channel listings, dynamic pricing, owner statements, the lot. You see a monthly statement and a payout, nothing more unless you want to.

How does the commission work?

Both tiers are revenue-based — we earn when you earn. Co-Host carries a lower commission because you stay involved; Full Service is higher because we're running the whole operation, including pricing strategy and channel mix. We confirm your exact rate after a short discovery call about your property and goals.

Do I lose control of my property?

No. You set the boundaries — pricing floors, blackout dates, house rules, vendor spend thresholds. We operate within those boundaries and surface anything that needs your call. Cancel any time; no lock-in.

What's the onboarding process?

Discovery call → property walkthrough → listing & calendar audit → cleaner / linen setup → live within 2 weeks for most properties. We handle the handover from your current arrangement (or first-time listing setup) end-to-end.

Which areas do you manage in?

Castlemaine, Daylesford, Melbourne, North Melbourne, Richmond, and surrounding regional Victoria. If your property sits outside these areas, talk to us — we can often extend coverage for the right fit.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Most owners start on Co-Host and graduate to Full Service once they've seen us run their property. Switching either direction takes a 30-day handover window.

Do you handle maintenance and repairs?

Co-Host: we flag and coordinate; you approve and pay vendors directly. Full Service: we manage end-to-end within an agreed monthly threshold (e.g. up to $X without sign-off), with anything above flagged to you.

What if I already have a cleaner I want to keep?

Talk to us. Most full-service arrangements include our cleaning team because we control the standard — but bespoke arrangements are possible, especially during transition periods.
